This baby doll dress is made extra durable, yoke across stitching is very secure, for this is an area the fuller busted girls needs sewed durable.  You can have sleeve done as Pickaboo, for additional charges of $10.00.  You can have a 2nd layer of ruffles on the bottom of top.
