797 Ruffle Bib Jumper Custom Order This jumper is a full circle skirt, side insert pockets, one ruffle at bottom,  Bib is a chirs/cross style, you pin strape on to waist for your length need.   The bib has one pocket center on the front., can be order with ruffle around bib as photo, (additional $10).  Jumper can be made in print fabric or solid.  You place your order, than email me your needs, state your color choice and favorite print style.  It can not be make in stripe for base fabric, but stripe can be on ruffle fabric.  I will design your jumper, than send your a drawing with fabric selection.  All orders with take 8-10 weeks,  All costumes should be wash in cold water, and lined dry.
