This dress is a WOW, you have a full circle skirt, with over lay skirt, tie belt, sleeve style is pickaboo with intersleeve.  Bloomer are inter lined, and have elastic waist, and lower leg easy to adjust. Dress has no collar, I suggest wearing a turtleneck to reduce make-up stain to your costume.  Dress does come with a bib.  You select the fabric, it can be made in 100% cotton print fabric or 50/50 solid color fabric for the base of the dress,  All ruffle can be your choice also.  Please note that 100% cotton print fabric can fade.  Please wash all costume in cold water, line dry.   All designer costumes take 8-10 weeks.  You place your order, than email your needs, I need your measurement, your normal dress size, your color choice.  All clown costumes should have three colors, I will adjust this need as your designer.  Please also send a photo of your clown character to aid my design.  I will send you as drawing of costume and fabrics I have selected.
